After we ship package, customer receive automatic email with tracking details.
* Lost Package Policy.
If a package did not arrive in 4 weeks after the shipping date, then this package is treated as Lost. In this case a new package will be shipped to the customer provided we are able to give the same items as those purchased by the customer. If we are not able to provide the same items to substitute the lost ones we will either propose to the customer similar items or refund their cost as it will be mutually agree with the customer. If one or more items neither the same nor similar are available to be shipped, the customer can request to cancel the order entirely, thus the total cost of the order including shipping and handling cost will be fully refunded.

It’s actually just as nice in person as it is in the picture. Material is good quality; even though I banged one of the pieces repeatedly and up close you can see some denting, it didn’t compromise the material. Really, a ton of storage space, very sturdy, and I’m so please with the purchase. Two major cons: 1) during the build this takes up a TON of space. 2) it’s not easy to build alone. It took me around 6 hours to assemble alone, and then it took me several more to figure out how to make doors fit. The reason is that some of the guide-holes are not in the correct place. I would make sure to LOOK CAREFULLY AT THE ENTIRE BUILDING MANUAL and visualize each step and take measurements especially when you’re starting to attach the door. Easy enough to put together with two people. It took us about 3 hours. All doors matched up and drawers opened and closed smoothly.

This is beautiful we bought the gray it has so much storage and is very heavy duty. Can??t say my husband loved putting it together though because he did not LOL took longer than expected but worth it for the price compared to in store pre assembled items. Great quality

Very well made, all the pieces were there one small gripe one step was on 1 page ahead of where we thought it should’ve been. So read ahead a bit.

We bought a three-door and a two-door armoire for either side of a set of bedroom windows. Really like the brushed grey with the new carpet and repainted interior. A nice product.
